Why haven’t I received an invite to set up my Nomad account?Actualizado 5 months ago

You will only receive the invite after meeting the following conditions:

  • You have earned commissions or a bonus through Syona.

  • Your first payment has been processed.

If you believe these criteria have been met but you haven’t received an invite:

  • Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes system emails can be filtered into these folders.

  • Verify Your Email Address: Ensure the email on file with Syona is correct.

  • Contact Customer Support: If you still haven’t received the invite, contact support for assistance.
