Yes, both Social and Brand Affiliates are currently shown together in your affiliate tree.

Side Note for Customer Service Agents:
Soon, these affiliate types will be separated to make it easier to sort and track the number of each type in the downline. Developers are working on this update, which will be completed before the official launch.
